Hi John,
Yes, there is a standalone XE2 ISO that includes all updates up to Update
3. It can be found in the Registered Users Download section. The next
update release (Update 4) is said to require a full install, meaning that
your current installation of XE2 must be uninstalled first. Therefore, when
Update 4 becomes available it should be provided as a standalone ISO as
well.
