[DUG] Delphi XE2 Upgrades

Support and maintenance means you don't have to pay for the upgrade each
year.

Personally I'd wait for the next release, give the cycle of releases and
the roadshow email doing the rounds, a new release must be soon.

Also with XE2 they started given access to previous versions as well. Not
sure if that will continue with the next release (or if it started with
XE2).
