[DUG] TAPI and IP phone systems

Hi All

We have a client wanting the ability to Dial their IP phones by clicking 
on a phone number in our app and maybe some other stuff like having 
client info appear when a call is received.

I believe the TAPI protocol is what is required however I know little 
about it.

I see the Async Professional from turbo power has TAPI components 
(although they mention support for Win 95/98 NT and 2000 - does not 
inspire confidence).  Which components would people recommend?
