[DUG] Windows 8 Metro thoughts

Win32 APIs won't be disappearing from Windows 8 but the emphasis from
Microsoft is that all new Metro apps will rely on WinRT (the
replacement for Win32) and that "Desktop" apps that rely on Win32 or
.Net will not compile to ARM (read mobile) devices.
