[DUG] Firebird INSERT TIBQuery

There was a typo - it should have said

"Also in one case I want to do an INSERT statement  and this does not work."

instead of

"Also in one case I want to do an INSERT statement  and this does now work."

as it totally changes the sense of what I said.
