Anyone doing any cloud app development with Delphi?

I have a software which can work on the cloud and I am looking for some 
investors to help me promote and sell it. Where can I go looking for such 
people?

I am also looking at selling this framework if someone is interested in buying 
the licenses to use it, I can do custom development using this framework if 
someone is interested.
