One upgrade price, irrespective of the version you are upgrading from (tho
you can only upgrade Pro to Pro, Ent to Ent etc...).
RAD Studio in addition to Delphi and C++ also contains RADPHP and Prism as
well as (I think) some additional Embarcadero database tools (tho that
latter point re DB tools may only apply to Ent/Arch vs Pro).
I think it's also the case that if you upgrade then you don't get the older
version licenses that are included with a new user license. i.e. if you
upgrade from D7 to XE2 then you are licensed for D7 and XE2. If you buy a
new user license for XE2 then you get a (separately downloadable) license
for XE2, XE, 2010, 2009, 2007 and (I think) 7 as well. But you should
double check with Developers Inc or Embarcadero on this point.
