It's called Error Insight and there will most likely always be some
differences - due to different parsers being used.
It has been improved a lot since it was first introduced and the
release of XE was no exception.
If it fails for known components, then most likely it has failed due
to something else in the file prior to that token. It isn't perfect
but it is better.
I just find it annoying that the messages appear in the structure
pane. I really don't take much noticed of it anyway and you can always
turn it off if you are annoyed by the false positives.
There are reports of improvements to the Find Declaration functionality.
