Ø  Is there a mailing list to get offers like this?  I hadn’t heard of this
or the XE event until it came up here on the Delphi list.



We pull from our product registration database. So if the EDN account you
used to register your Delphi/C++Builder/etc has a valid email address, and
importantly, your EDN contact settings say you are happy to receive emails
from us, and your country is set correctly, you should get them. If all
those things are correct and you are not receiving them, let us or DevInc
know.



You can check your EDN settings by going to http://dn.embarcadero.com,
login, then select My Account across the top. Contact Preferences are down
the bottom.



Ø  How much longer is upgrade from D2007 likely to be counted as an upgrade



It’s based on three versions back. So XE is 2010, 2009 and 2007. We have
extended it for 2006 users until the end of the year.
