[DUG] Topgrid in BDS2006

Ditto for ExpressQuantumGrid. The DevExpress components are in general all
very powerful and pretty well written (ie good overall class architecture,
there is still a lot of code though so it takes a bit of understanding if
you want to create your own versions of things like we have).
If you are looking long term for a good overall component suite that can do
most things for you in a consistent and very extensible manner then it is
hard to go past DevExpress (apart from their ExpressBars suite which still
doesn't support form/frame inheritance properly). OTOH if you are just
looking for a replacement for the TopGrid then there are undoubtedly other
good alternatives.
Regards,
David.
