[DUG] csv files

I've just worked out there are some bugs in the file format, it seems to 
be doing something weird with escaping double quotes - so I'll have to 
wait until this is fixed - it's in a competitors code, so I'm going to 
have be a bit round-a-bout in getting them to fix it ;-)
