They are UK phones sold by a UK company and couriered over here.  As such, you won't get the phone company subsidies.  All the phones I listed are still much cheaper than an unsubsidised iPhone.

If you are not interested in paying the price for them, don't buy them and stop moaning.  If I had known this would be your response, I wouldn't have bothered looking up the info for you in the first place.
