Except when I try this I get the message that "Install limit cannot be
increased for this product.".

I'll email them I guess!

Like others have said. I think it's 10 but can confirm for you if you like. 

Note, you don't have to call anyone when you hit the limit. If you go to
https://reg.codegear.com/srs6/registration_increase.jsp you can bump the
limit up yourself.
