[DUG] TWebBrowser D2010 Frames ?

trying to use TWebbrowser to access a web page on a secure site after the 
password
box pops up we never get to the right page. it just sits on the last 
display.
the page source says I need a browser with frames.
any idea what I need to do to get it to move on
