[DUG] MP3 file components/units

I've never come across any native Delphi translations of an MP3 decoder.  I
know one which uses libmpg123.dll which is open source.

Does anyone know of a component or unit that handles all current MP3
file formats.

I've done some searching and many don't seem to handle all formats, or
use a DLL. Must be 100% native and include source (hehe).

Free or cost doesn't matter, although free will allow the result to be
open sourced.
