[DUG] Multi Page Tiffs

We were processing them at one job, and if I remember correctly you simply
calculated the Page width..

ie a 100dpi fax was 800wide.. so if the Tiff image was 2400 wide it was a
3page tiff.. we just copied the sections out of the tiff into BMP
