I'm pretty sure you can always upgrade to the higher SKU later for the
difference between them when you are ready.

Personally if I was going to start a .NET project tomorrow, I'd be
using C#. Does the buy 1 get 1 include upgrades?

You can't buy from the US shop unless you have a US address and
possibly credit card. The prices for resellers are set a couple of
times a year which is why they unfortunately do not always reflect
favourably. This is not limited to Embarcadero though, as I couldn't
purchase from the Corel US site and the AU sites price for the same
product was quite a bit higher given the exchange rate at the time.

One product in particular we (AU) get screwed is for the SONOS system.
The bundle 250 is USD999. In oz it is 1999.00 AUD. The current
exchange rate makes 999USD as 1152AUD. So price differences to current
exchange rates are not unusual.

Support local resellers when you can. I'm sure they aren't driving
around in a ferrari and if they are - they are probably importing
something else ;-)
