[DUG] delphi vs java vs .net vs prism vs vs vs vs

#11 for this year #10 for last.  But if you add Delphi + Pascal together 
you get 10th place.

I'm a bit disturbed by the fact that it's rating has dropped a whole 
percent in the last year (losing over 1/3 of it's value).
