[DUG] A change in upgrade policy coming from Embarcadero

If you add bugs that are not fixed, then this can definitely make all
the geewhiz in the new features worthless.
Fortunately I did try the D8 trial. Phew! I didnt upgrade from D7 till
D2006. It was hard to evaluate because real work needs lots of
components to be installed. I agree its nicer than D7 to work in - but the
hassles didnt show up till much later. Thankfully there was a slew of
hotfixes which fixed the worst but I really dont enjoy clicking my way
through exceptions everytime I close it. It doesnt affect the working in
it though. And dont get me start on Help.

That for that. If I upgrade Rad studio, I'll revert to Delphi only. I
prefer VS for C++ and C# anyway.
