I don't think there is much in D2006/7 that I couldn't do in D7 - but
I'm significantly more productive in D2007. D2009 and D2010 are
additional strides in productivity (plus functionality).
You can get some of the productivity boost by using products like
Castalia and GExperts, but the newer versions of Delphi are very good.
