[DUG] Exporting to excel autoformat

Sounds like your export environment does all or no fields - can you not
specify only certain fields?
When "importing" with XL make sure you specify "parsing" to force text
on certain columns - don't just open the file with XL or you may get
unexpected results. Our Accountants often open csv files with XL -
stripping off leading zeros on codes. To "import", unfortunately, you
must navigate to the folder to find your file - not good if you want to
quickly work on a whole bunch of files.

Hope this helps,
Daryl

I have already tried this, and yes that works, but now I have
double quote around all my numbers which I do not want.

	HI Stephen,

Surround the data in double quotes when exporting. This forces
Excel to treat it as text.
