[DUG] Launch event shennanigans (was: Indy and Delphi 2010 - supplemental)

Lorks! Jolyon - that was not my intention at all - I simply scanned the room
for someone involved in the list and you were the only one I could see who
was. It was not at all intended to be malign, and I must say I am completely
shocked that you were offended by it.
I was also simply pointing out the existence of the list as I had been asked
to do.

Jolyon was not problematic in the launch and has never been problematic in
launches - but Malcolm had been looking forward to meeting you he told me
afterwards but it slipped his mind to ask after you, and you never came up.
And as you say, you have always been extra helpful on the list.
