[DUG] D2006 actiing up - unable to find "ypelink:" or unable to fine "ilelink..."

People seen this. Tool tip of a variable, should be able click on the 
hyperlink to go to the declaration but instead getting the 'unable to 
find "ypelink sysutils.pas"' or  ' unable to "ilelink:myfile.pas"'

WTF??
