[DUG] Windows System Colour

I have a sort of similar problem......when I installed D2007 on Vista I altered (in Windows somewhere) the Vista default text colour from black to Navy.  This affects the default text colour on many but not all Delphi controls  (affects label and grid text colors, but not checkboxes or button captions just to be inconsistent).

I cannot for the life of me find where in Windows it is to change it back - anyone know?   It was called Default Text Color I think.
