By stand-alone do you mean a .pas unit that has no form associated with it?
I thought of that but I have a number of them that are actual forms but have
the torch icon. It does appear that all of the standalone units have that
icon, it's like the IDE isn't associating the .frms with the .pas files
sometimes???

That'd be a standalone source file.
