[DUG] Floating Point Overflow

I have tried this program 3 times now with the same results.

I have a few calls from and Analog to Digital Data unit using their ActiveX Controls but once I add a graph (ChartFX) and close Delphi4, when I reopen the project I get

Error Creating form :Floating Point Overflow 

I can run the program, all is there but I cannot get to view the main form. F12 does nothing.  Any Suggestions ?

I have since reloaded Delphi and reinstalled the ActiveX control but no difference !!!.
