[DUG] [OFF TOPIC] Internet connection is not stable

I'm on a 24Mbit down - 2Mbit up cable - apparently only available in 
Christchurch... Monthly cap 120GB - but they don't slow you down if you go 
over, just charge you 2GB blocks at 2.95 each...
