[DUG] How hard is it to get Delphi developers?

I am working though succession planning at the moment.  In the event of my departure or untimely demise, Catalyst would need a replacement Delphi dev.

How hard are these to find?  We could place the hypothetical somebody in Auckland, Napier or Wellington so location would probably not be a problem.

An alternative is getting a trainee developer ahead of time, but I am not sure how many Delphi trainees are available either.
