[DUG] Importing from Visual C#

Hi

I am attempting to import a project developed in Visual C# into Borland 
Studio 2006.

I get the error -

"Destination Document Error: Invalid at the top level of the document. Line: 
1
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>"

Can anyone tell me if there is a way around this??
