[DUG] Digital Certs

Hi all.
Has anyone come across any code/controls that let you find out what Dig.
Certs are installed on a computer?
I need to write somet thing that will check for a dig. cert and if it doesnt
exist, redirect the user to a specifc webpage to download an install.
