[DUG] IE Toolbars and IE Menus

Sorry fro the late reply.
Well,yes it will be a compiled (hopefully written in Delphi) but I suspect
you are going to tell me to add the context menu into the registery under
the context menu key, but unfortunitly I want to get the selected text and
then have the code do something with that, so it will have to be an IE
add-in.
I have written an extension for FireFox to do exactly what I want to do, its
just IE thats the issue at the moment.
