There are two methods in your case.
1. Have the C# objects declare itself as a COM object. You then register
them using regasm.
2. http://www.managed-vcl.com/
You are supposed to be able to host a .NET object directly in D2006.
Does not appear to work in D2007. But that will not work in D7.
