[DUG] DBX4 drivers for firebird

Agree with Neven here - I wrote one that backs onto the BDE, you could
always use that as a start (it is open source) :-)

AFAIK, CodeGear *never* said it would work with Firebird, and Firebird and
InterBase are quite considerably different databases now...
