Yeah. What he said. 
Admittedly are somewhat less recalcitrant - we are on BDS 2006 as the
IDE improvements were worth it.

Blaming the customer for not seeing the value and thus upgrading seldom
gets you anywhere...

"If it's not broke, why fix it?" is pretty hard to argue with, other
than proclaiming customer lack of vision or stupidity.
Strangely, sales people who try that tack tend to find themselves
unceremoniously out on the sidewalk.

We have customers still feverishly clutching our DOS editions of Profax
which we wrote 10 years ago.
It's practically their longest serving employee and you'd have to
dynamite it out of there. <sigh>
We never should have released the Y2K patch for those editions :-) <evil
grin>

But our sense of ethics and fair play won out. :-(

Bah! Scruples and principles just get in the way of capitalist world
domination.
Anyone want to buy a well used set :-) 

Actually, Microsoft might buy them, seeing as they have few, and just
lost out on Yahoo :-)
