[DUG] can you tell ??

Hi all. Is there a way to find out what application may have send a message 
to tell all applications to close?
I have someting weired happening at a site where at roughly the same time 
very day, something causes a problem for my application. Is like its being 
told to close.
I have been thru their system and can not find anythign that is scheduled to 
run at a specific (or roughly) the time this happens, and wondered if there 
was a way to find out what app. / process might be doing it.
