[DUG] component didnt stay when IDE shuts down

The only thing that comes to mind is that you should have
saved the library after you've installed it. Depends how
you've installed it, but if you've loaded the .pas file and
compiled it into a selected library, when you're finished,
Delphi askes if you want to save the project. You must
answer yes, (it's talking about the library here) otherwise
you'll have to reinstall it next time.

I know you said you saved it but...
