Pretty sure its what I said before about
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data
note If reinstall, delete folder Codegear under above.....licence entry will
fail otherwise! (There is a .license folder under there) (Got this tip from
Richard Vowles)"
As that's exactly what happened to me a couple of times with problems
installing the original D2007 and update 2 (original install failed due to
disk read problems and I had quite a time installing again from a clean
disk)

We tried to scrub everything off to clear out a problem we were having
with a third party component set install. So it now asks for the
password again and refuses the one we enter !
No 0 or o s unfortunately (I wish it was that simple)
