Yes, Report | Delete Report should let you delete a report, however -
it really doesn't work because of a server error. You will get a
message saying that you cannot delete reports that have workarounds or
comments linked to it (which happens even if there aren't workarounds
or comments linked to it).

The alternative is to withdraw the report, which is also available
under the Report menu.

The final alternative is to let a sysop know and they can really
delete it for you (which I have done).

Were you logged into the web version, as that is a private report,
you'd have to be logged in?

What is the error you get back from QC+ when you try and attach a
report, I successfully attached and deleted an attachment for that
report, although since our permissions are different that might be a
useless test.

Did you get the updated link for QC+ from the non-tech group in the h2
newsgroups?
