That is not correct. RAD Studio is Delphi for Win32, Delphi for .NET
and C++Builder. Why would you purchase RAD Studio when you just needed
Delphi for Win32.

In the US the single personality is $500 cheaper than the studio
version. You can also get single personality SA or Studio personality
SA, which is a different price as well.

RAD Studio contains update 3 for Delphi 2007 for Win32. You put your
Delphi for Win32 key into the installer and that is all you get to
update.
