[DUG] Delphi and Vista

Hi all
 
Running Delphi 7 under Vista throws an error when closing a project or
closing Delphi. The error messages are:
 
Access violation at 0031A534 in module vcl70.bpl write of address 00000018
 
and
 
Access violation at 0863CB in module coreide70.bpl write of address 00000228
 
 
Is this an Vista issue or possibly a memory hardware error?
