[DUG] Delphi 2006 and 2007 - Accredo etc

Borland haven't quite got to grips with the internet yet have they, if 
they put up an online
help system we could actually contribute

If I was developing a new app now the first thing i'd do is put in an 
ajaxed help system
(sort of an embedded wiki)
