Off topic I'm sorry.  I am hoping someone can compile the C++ code in the
attached zip to a DLL for me please.  I don't have any C++ compilers
installed, and I have no clues at all when it comes to C++.

 

I believe it was developed with Microsoft Developer Studio v6.
