[DUG] Windows and Page Faults

Anyone know why windows is so idiotic with memory.  With 2G installed, 
almost a G is unused.  Yet a small app using 45M has over a 1000 page 
faults a second.  Heck, everything I am running would fit in 2G, there 
is no need for any VM at all.  Question, what happens when this counter 
reaches its 32 bit limit
