[DUG] D2007 save issue

Hi

I have an annoying issue where when I save a project (save all) I get 
the following error (always)

'Unable to rename 'c:\Dev\path\path2\ChreosClient.tlb' to
'c:\Dev\path\path2\_history\ChreosClient.tlb~1~'

I can delete the file in _History and it does save ok, but the next time 
I get the error again.  Any ideas?
