[DUG] If someone could do this in D2007

I managed to do this on my vista machine... 

I am running on the Local Administrator Account, with the UAC turned
off....

If you want the files still, I have them, but I see JN has already
posted them.

Tried to but got an error.  D2007 tried to write into program files on 
my vista machine !

Have reported this to QC.  Just glad im not planning on doing this
myself :)
