Hi Conor,

Yes, purchasing SA for Delphi 2007 for Win32 will give you the full RAD
Studio and BCB 2007 arriving this year.

In addition, I recently posted a reply to a similar question on the
Delphi non-tech newsgroup about whether SA is worth it or not.
