Hey all,
I'm thinking of taking advantage of the 10% discount offered during the remainder of this month at the Christchurch CodeGear seminar yesterday.
Soooooo.
We're currently using BDS2006, but only really use the Win32 personality at the minute. So we're interested in purchasing an upgrade to the newly released Delphi for Win32 2007 to get our hands on the IDE improvements/stability/etc. However, it's likely we may be doing some work later on in the year/next year with another team in .NET (they're using C#), so may also be interested in Highlander when it is released.
If we buy Software Assurance for Delphi for Win32 2007, does that cover us in some way for purchasing Highlander when it is released? If not, I can't see the benefit to us of purchasing SA, given the path we see ourselves taking?
Thoughts anybody?
C.
