FYI,

If you happen to strike it.  On some forms, the property TabWidth for 
the pagecontrol is not present in the dfm file.  This causes it go belly 
up.  The form cant be opened in the IDE to fix it.  An external text 
editor does the trick.  I havent had a chance to track it through the VCL.
