Hotfix 11 for Borland Developer Studio 2006 is now available at:

or by clicking "Hotfixes for Borland Developer Studio 2006" on any of 
the Turbo or BDS registered users download pages.

 

This hotfix addresses the new Daylight Saving Time rules for 2007 and 
applies to C++Builder 2006 and Turbo C++ 2006. There are also 
instructions for users of earlier versions of C++Builder who want to use 
the update.
