[DUG] Vista problem for label on scrollbox

Next problem.

On Vista, all labels on a scrollbox are not always visible.  At creation 
they are not visible.  If you resize the form, they disappear.  IF 
another form goes over it for a reasonble length of time, they appear.  :-(

Is it just me or does everyone hate the candy coloured default Vista 
theme ?
